WHAT IS A CHARTER SCHOOL?
Being a charter school simply means we are a public school of choice and that we have a specific focus, ours being personalized learning. Charter schools, do not have geographical boundaries. As with all public schools, enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis with a lottery system used during the open enrollment period. There are no admissions requirements or tuition fees. LUA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or disability.
