We are happy to announce that LUA is one of two recipients of the Captain Planet Foundation’s Project Learning Garden Grants! This means we will receive all of the materials, curriculum, and management tools to start are first school garden next year!
This garden will be a STEAM Lab project for all K-8 students. From planting to growing, weed and maintaining, and the best part – cooking and eating what we grow, we are excited to add this to our growing list of fun projects happening next year at LUA!
